Unwind in Busot on the Costa Blanca

Casa La Buena Vida is situated in the Pisnella residential development, one of the neighbourhoods of the village of Busot. It is a detached villa with a private swimming pool, three bedrooms (all with air conditioning), two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a semi-open-plan kitchen and a living room.
The holiday villa is set on 808m² of private land. A private driveway provides space for several cars, one of which can be parked under the carport. The swimming pool is situated at the front of the property and is completely unobstructed. It is accessible from all sides and surrounded by paving.
The holiday villa can accommodate up to six people.
The villa is situated in the Pisnella district, part of the municipality of Busot. The centre of Busot is 2 km away. Busot is a small village and has a bakery, a supermarket (Eroski) and a few bars and restaurants.
The beach is 8 km from the villa. This is the beach and promenade at El Campello. El Campello is a large town with many restaurants, well-known supermarkets (including Mercadona, Aldi and Lidl) and various shops. There is a market in El Campello twice a week (Wednesdays and Sundays). Alicante city centre is a 20-minute drive from the villa.
