BOOKING
We’re delighted that you’re interested in staying at our house in Spain.
Please enter your desired rental dates below. Fill in your details and state the reason for your stay at Casa La Buena Vida. We will let you know as soon as possible whether Casa La Buena Vida is available during your chosen period. If the chosen period is available, we will send you an email requesting payment of 50% of the rental fee. The booking is only confirmed once we have received at least 50 per cent of the rental fee. The remaining 50 per cent of the rental fee, plus the security deposit and cleaning charges, must be paid four weeks before your arrival date. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure, less the cost of electricity and any damage identified by our caretaker.

COST OVERVIEW AND HOUSE RULES
We work with our caretaker, Kevin. Kevin will welcome guests on arrival and hand over the key. He will also collect the keys again on departure. During your stay, Kevin is your point of contact. If you have any questions about the property, if something has broken, or if you’d like to know anything about the local area, Kevin can help you. Kevin will get in touch a few days before your arrival to ask for your exact arrival time.
Smoking is not permitted in the property and pets are not allowed. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.
In addition to the villa rental, the following additional costs apply:
– End-of-stay cleaning: 250 euros (compulsory);
– Electricity costs (to be deducted from the deposit afterwards);
– Deposit of 350 euros.
The rental price is based on a maximum of 6 people.
The nightly rate ranges from 200 euros (in the low season) to 450 euros (in the high season).
Cancellation
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your booking, you must always confirm this with us by email (even if, for example, you have already informed us by telephone). We will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation:
- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100 per cent of the rental price
- In the event of cancellation on our part, any sums already paid will be refunded
If you only notify us on the start date or during the tenancy period that you will not (or no longer) be using the rented property, the full rent remains payable.
